Detection principle:

ALT는 알라닌과 α-케토글루타르산 사이의 아미노 전환 반응을 촉매하여 피루브산과 글루탐산을 생성합니다. 피루브산 산화효소의 작용으로 피루브산은 H2O2를 생성하고, 이는 퍼옥시다아제의 작용으로 비형광 물질과 반응하여 형광 물질을 형성합니다. ALT의 활성은 excitation wavelength 535nm와 emission wavelength 590nm에서 형광 값의 증가를 측정하여 계산할 수 있습니다.
